What Propprose Is

Propprose is an independent engineering plastics and injection molding diagnostics database. We aggregate and structure material property data and machine alarm code diagnostics from published manufacturer specifications and industry references. We are not a materials supplier, injection molding service provider, or engineering firm.

Where Our Data Comes From

• Manufacturer datasheets — Victrex, Sabic, Celanese, DuPont, Solvay, Covestro
• OEM machine manuals — Netstal, Arburg, Engel, Sumitomo Demag, KraussMaffei, Fanuc, Wittmann, Haitian, and 9 other brands
• Peer-reviewed polymer science journals — for stress-strain behavior and processing parameters
• Commercial equivalency databases — cross-referenced supplier grade equivalents

How We Work

Our material entries include density, tensile strength, melting point, HDT, shrinkage rate, flexural modulus, and commercial equivalents. We generate stress-strain curve SVGs from published tensile data. Our alarm code entries provide severity classification, symptoms, OEM parts tables with part numbers and estimated prices, and cross-brand equivalent alarm codes. The PPS (Propprose Processability Score) provides a proprietary 1-10 index for material processability assessment.
